Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or dispatched.
Please contact our customer service team immediately at [email protected] and include your order number.

Once your order has entered production or shipping, cancellation is no longer possible.

Amendments

If you wish to make a change (e.g. size, colour, delivery address), please also contact us immediately after placing your order at [email protected].
We will do our best to accommodate the requested amendment, provided your order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Late requests for cancellation or amendment may not be accommodated.
