1. Right to Return

You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you, or a third party nominated by you, take possession of the goods.

2. Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

• Personalised or custom-made products are excluded from return unless they are faulty or damaged.

• Digital products (e.g. e-books) are excluded from withdrawal once the download has begun.

3. How to Return

• We will send you return instructions.

• Send the items back within 14 days of registering your return to the address we provide.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by you (the buyer), unless the delivered goods are faulty or incorrect.

5. Refunds

• Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.

• For partial returns, only the corresponding items will be refunded.

6. Exchanges

A direct exchange is not possible. Please return the item and place a new order for the product you want.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive damaged or faulty goods, please contact us immediately by e-mail. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
